EL&N London has teamed up with St. Pancras International to reveal this year’s very Instagrammable installation, celebrating the incredible NHS staff and key workers who have worked selflessly throughout the year. Designed in collaboration with Holland Harvey Architects, the 2020 Tree of Hope showcases a 34 ft high pink EL&N wonderland themed carousel topped with a pink ribbon adorned tree. This year has seen¬ the world come together in strength and unity. Our nation will be forever grateful for the commitment, compassion and selflessness shown by NHS staff, key workers and carers.

To celebrate these heroes, the tree has been adorned with 1200 meters of festive ribbon printed with quotes of love and hope from the fantastic team members at Imperial College Healthcare, Guy’s & St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, NHS Ambulance Service and Royal Mail. People visiting the iconic London destination can also enjoy EL&N’s grab and go menu options from the newly opened café located in the arcade. Alongside their magical tree, EL&N are celebrating a ‘Season of Sweetness’ across all eight of their London cafés with a new festive menu, including a pink Tree of Hope cake from which 10% of all sales will go to FareShare. FareShare is the UK’s national network of charitable redistributors, helping to feed communities and families in need.

EL&N will also be spreading moments of sweetness and joy among their loyal customers and staff at their sites and on their popular social media pages. If you’re a fan of the EL&N brand, look out for some special treats over the months of November & December. Wendy Spinks, Commercial Director of HS1 Ltd – “The festive season is always an incredibly special time at St. Pancras International, when we annually launch an iconic installation on the station’s main concourse– and this year will be no different. Alexandra Miller, Founder of EL&N London – “We are so honoured and thrilled to officially announce the launch of our festive 2020 Tree of Hope. Keeping the magic of Christmas alive was an important part of our installation, but we also wanted to celebrate the incredible efforts made by key workers and NHS staff not only this year, but every year. Christmas is my favourite time of year and for EL&N as a brand, this tree is particularly iconic as we recently launched our café inside the station. We really couldn’t have wished for a better time to be a part of something so special. We hope this tree brings you all the happiness and festive warmth when you see it, wherever you are in the world!”

Following a challenging year, we are determined to keep the spirit of Christmas alive by continuing our legacy of stunning Christmas centrepieces, and joining forces with one of our newest retail partners, EL&N to recognise those who have supported us through this difficult time. As a gesture of gratitude to the station’s own key workers and the essential workforce across the country, we are delighted to unveil the ‘Tree of Hope’ – a symbol that we remain optimistic about the future, when we can welcome our visitors back.”
