To celebrate the end of 2021 and welcome in the New Year, Zuaya – one of London's finest Latin American-inspired restaurants – is throwing the party of the year on Thursday 31st December.
Zuaya’s New Year’s Eve celebration will be the perfect place to welcome a new year with friends and family over a feast of special festive Latin American dishes designed to be shared, including Short Rib Wagyu roasted for 12 hours with homemade BBQ sauce and bok choy; Free Range Turkey roasted with plums, dried apricots, macadamia nuts and white wine; and whole turbot oven-baked with basil, confit garlic, smoked chilli flakes and lemon juice. Alongside the New Year’s Eve specials will be Zuaya’s A La Carte Menu with dishes including Zuaya’s signature Lamb Tacos and Grilled Octopus With Baked Sweet Potato.
If after that it’s a sweet treat you’re looking for, Zuaya has created some delectable Latin American Christmas desserts, including Dulce de Leche Alfajores (caramel-filled shortbread-like cookies); Almond Tart; and Mexican Marzipan.
It isn’t New Year without some fizz, and Zuaya will be giving every guest two complimentary glasses of Champagne – one on arrival as the perfect pre-dinner tipple, and one at the end of the night to toast the New Year. Or, if it’s a cocktail you’re after try one of Zuaya’s signatures including London to Lima with Pisco, Falernum, Lime, Agave syrup, Egg white; Zuaya D.F with Mezcal, Solerno, Lemon, Cucumber, Agave syrup, Tabasco; and Pink Rainbow with Vodka, Rhubarb Liquor, Lemon, Watermelon, Rose Petal jam.

Customers Seating: Customers will be seated unless ordering takeaway. No stand-up waiting where possible.
Social Distancing: Staff must maintain a 1m distance between customers, colleagues where possible. Only one staff member to provide service to customers in a single zone. As much as possible we need to limit the number of staff serving a table.
Customer Contact Tracing Register: Make available to our customers the NHS QR code or our confidential contact card.
Maximum of Guests per Table: Due to government regulation, we can only accommodate parties of up to 6 people from the same household or bubble group.
Queue management: Ensuring social distancing is being adhered to at all times. Keep doors open as much as possible to limit handling by numerous people and also ensure the venue is well ventilated.
