Canary Wharf is brightening Blue Monday with Secret Sunrise

As the wet and cold weather continues, Canary Wharf is brightening Blue Monday by offering homes across the UK a much needed dose of sunshine.

The Estate has again teamed up with Secret Sunrise, a global silent guided dance and meditation community, to deliver an electric dancing experience through people’s screens that is sure to energise and inspire participants this coming Monday.

In its normal setting, this silent-disco style session has communities dancing on streets across the globe, but this special edition of Secret Sunrise will have guests shaking off the weekend and twirling around their living room, whilst connecting with the online community. This session is aimed at all ages, so the whole family are welcome to join in together.

Running from 8am-9am, Monday 18 January, all guests will need is a laptop / smart phone, some comfy clothes and a spring in their step. Participants will then be guided through the experience by an expert, from the comfort of their own home.

The free Zoom session can be secured through booking a place at Eventbrite. Guests will then be invited with details to join the Zoom call.
