Now in its 22nd year, the London Triathlon has recently been voted for by YOU, our participants, as the UK’s Best Multi-Sport Event and we’re ready to make 2021 better than ever before! The 2021 London Triathlon will take place on Saturday 7 & Sunday 8 August and we’re very excited for what promises to be an AMAZING weekend.

Every year, thousands of people come to our iconic capital city to join our community of incredible triathletes taking on the challenge of the #LondonTri. The event takes place at the ExCel Centre, Royal Victoria Dock and has a unique urban route, giving participants the chance to swim, bike and run past London’s world-famous landmarks.

Are you a beginner looking to tackle your first triathlon? You’re not the only one! In 2019, an incredible one in three London Tri entrants were first timers. We hope next year will be no different: we’ve got the perfect events and distances for you! Why not dip your toe by trying one of our Super Sprint or Sprint distances? Or alternatively, grab your mates and join in the fun by entering a Sprint or Olympic Team Relay. Whatever you choose, here at the London Triathlon we’re ready to help you on your journey and bring you an incredible event day filled with plenty of fun that you’ll remember for years to come!

Are you ready to push yourself and take on a challenge? Why not join us for our Olympic distance event and experience the thrill of racing on closed roads past some of London’s most amazing landmarks? Mark the Olympic year with an Olympic distance triathlon and your very own medal moment guaranteed… there really is nothing like it! And if that wasn’t enough, this year at the London Tri, our Olympic Sunday distance will host the official ITU World Championship qualifiers meaning that athletes will be competing in this distance for their chance to represent Great Britain at the World Championships in Bermuda 2021.
