Returning to Education

Every year thousands of students are returning to education at the University of West London so that they can secure a successful and a rewarding career.

This panel will discuss how returning to education can transform your life, how UWL can help meet your full potential and why it is never too late to start studying again.

Our panellist will include:

Philip Tottman – Studied Broadcast Journalism at UWL 2010-2013, Writer and freelancer for several years, is now the co-founder and director of development at ‘Book of Beasties’ (Book of Beasties Ltd is a Developer of award winning, psychologist endorsed card games and interventions for children and young people)

Precious Opaleke – Came to UWL as a mature student in 2011 to study a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, went on to work roles such as a Tax Associate, Staff accountant and is now Staff Accountant at ALLMAN & ALLMAN.

Rachel Meadowcroft – Studied an MA in Human Resource Management – Has over 20 years of senior HR experience in fast moving commercial environments including Private Equity, large UK Plc, US Multinational and Global matrix organisations
