Project Plant

Taking place at The Film Shed in Dalston, East London from October 15th to 17th 2021, visitors to Project Plant can expect to be wowed by a series of immersive domes in which crops of mushrooms, tomatoes, basil, and rocket have been growing. While at Project Plant, guests will be able to create their perfect pizza by selecting and harvesting their ideal combination of ingredients before Purezza, the award-winning plant-based pizzeria, cooks it to perfection on site.

As visitors move through the space, they’ll be able to interact with the crops being grown inside each of the geometric domes. Samsung devices will enable them to control the connective technology in each ecosystem, allowing them to explore the colour of the lights in the tomato domes, the irrigation of the two metre towers of leafy greens, and even listen to the sound of mushrooms as they grow, all enabled via the Samsung Smart Things Platform.
