Buffalo Bourbon Empire pop-up by Buffalo Trace returns

Buffalo Trace, the flagship bourbon from the National Historic Landmark Buffalo Trace Distillery, has teamed up with the iconic Milroy’s of Spitalfields during London Cocktail Week to provide an exciting celebration of whiskey and cocktails.

The Buffalo Bourbon Empire is an immersive experience celebrating everything cocktail culture throughout October. The iconic four-story whiskey venue will host a full calendar of entertaining, engaging and educational cocktail masterclasses, food pairing experiences and tasting events showcasing rare and exceptional spirits.

Cocktail lovers will learn for themselves how to perfectly make iconic classic cocktails including the old fashioned while hearing the stories of how those cocktails came to be from cocktail experts. There will be a range of delicious cocktails made with spirits from the Buffalo Trace Distillery, including Eagle Rare and Sazerac Rye, available for just £7 in the Proofing Room cocktail bar at Milroy's.
