A celebration of local independent Musicians & Artists and the rich exciting colourful scene this borough has to offer. As an antidote to the commercial, celebrating all things DIY!

Scottish born London bred, a hugely respected figure on the London folk & roots scene, Samantha has lived in Walthamstow for the last 7 years and felt with the wealth of local talent on our doorsteps and a strong community of art and music fans, the borough has space and appetite for live music.

After organising Themes on an Island at the Union Chapel Samantha wanted to curate something closer to home for her neighbours and local community.

Having recently played an evening for Music Halls & contributing to the Waltham Forest Sound Archive, it felt like the perfect companion and home for these events!
