MLB Europe teams up with Patty & Bun to create Major League Bites

It’s World Series Week, arguably the most important and exciting time in baseball’s calendar. But unless you’re already following American sports, you probably didn’t know that, let alone have any way to watch it! In 2021 MLB Europe is solving all your World Series woes by collaborating with hip burger hangout Patty & Bun to bring you Major League Bites: a fast-food joint come MLB fan experience serving up mouth-watering ballpark bites alongside bitesize highlights from the World Series.

Major League Bites will be launching at Patty & Bun, 18 Old Compton Street, London W1D 4TN on October 28th and is open for World Series week until November 2nd. Guests will be able to enjoy highlights of the on-field action while eating the mouth-wateringly delicious World Series Wonder Burger (beef patty, American cheese, pulled pork, jalapeño coleslaw, pickles, BBQ sauce, brioche) and Strike Out Fries (hand-cut fries topped with garlic & cheese mayo and crispy bacon bits). As all real baseball fans know, the game is paramount. Still, the ballpark food comes as a close second, so Patty & Bun has taken inspiration from the best grub found in US ballparks and created these baseball themed dishes exclusively in celebration of the championship.

Major League Bites will allow fans to completely immerse themselves in US baseball culture, delivering an experience that is the culmination of sport, food, and music. Throughout the week, there will also be live DJ performances from Foundation FM, and on Tuesday, November 2nd, there will be a live performance from Mae Muller. Diners at Major League Bites will also be able to enjoy an interactive photo booth experience plus a virtual reality gaming experience, all in celebration of World Series week.

So, what is the World Series? In short, the World Series is the final stage of the MLB season, the best of seven-game series between the American League champion and the National League champion teams to crown the 2021 World Series Champion.
