The European-Atlantic Group will be hosting dinner with Shukria Barakzai, a former Member of Afghanistan’s parliament, drafter of the constitution, head of the Parliamentary Defence Committee, women’s rights activist, suicide bomb target. There will be a 7:00pm welcome and arrival followed by dinner with wine followed by our guest’s speech and questions from the floor.
