Outerglobe Female DJ and Reggae DJ Sessions

The popular Outerglobe Female DJ Relay and Reggae DJ Sessions are back Upstairs at the Ritzy on SUNDAY 21st NOVEMBER (ie this Sunday) from 7pm-12Midnight and still FREE. Just come along - no tickets needed!

Picking up the threads from the great nights that Outerglobe and #sistersofreggae ran so well before lockdown at one of Brixton's favourite venues.

The evening begins with a warm up set from the main DJs and then 4 guests - all women - play short sets in their favourite Reggae styles - 100% Vinyl - and then go head to head 1 for 1. Then DJs Miss Feelgood and Debbie Golt play full sets with MC MAD-X on the mic - with the best Reggae of many styles in town - all strictly vinyl. These nights were full and fun before lockdown - come and eat (orders up til 9pm with excellent food), drink (craft beers, wines, spirits and wide soft drink range at great prices), dance - of course - and chat - our nights are known for how friendly they are and people come along to meet the crowd they love as well as for the music!

We have kept it free as it's the first one after so long and you are used to it being free. Things are a bit different at the Ritzy and some events are now ticketed ... we would love to know what you think - would you buy a ticket? As it's free we would love you to spend spend spend at the bar (responsibly - there are plenty of soft drinks as well as alcohol and there is food as well up til 9pm) so the venue love us all the more!!

Come in early to catch the DJ Relay and support some great women who have wonderful vinyl collections and know their music but don't always get to play out. Stay late for the main sets. ENJOY! COME WE ALL GO!!
