Covent Garden has become London’s very own Arendelle thanks to Frozen, currently playing in West End at Theatre Royal Drury Lane. So whether you want to build a snowman, finish someone’s sandwiches or find out why reindeers are better than people then you need to visit Covent Garden from November 9th to feel the magic.
Here are all the ways you can live your own Frozen fantasy this festive season:
The Frozen Forest
Immerse yourself in the Frozen Forest on the North Piazza, where Christmas trees dressed with snow, ice and Frozen decorations are dusted with daily flurries of snow every hour from 12pm until 7 pm, accompanied by an instrumental rendition of Let It Go. There will also be a final flurry at 9.30pm each day for theatregoers to enjoy post performance.
The Frozen Infinity Chamber
The Insta-famous Infinity Chamber had an icy overhaul in true Elsa style to appear frozen, with an additional 3D neon installation at both the Long Acre and Floral Street entrances.
Frozen Ice Sculptures
On Saturday 13th November, 10 Frozen ice-sculptures depicting characters from the musical will be on the North Piazza for you to snap and enjoy live ice-carving in partnership with The Ice Co.
Frozen Flower Barrows
Frozen decorations are around the Piazza in Frozen iterations of Covent Garden’s famous flower barrows given an icy make over.
