A decade of conflict, creation and change - historian Professor Kate Williams brings to life the fascinating world of the 1920s.

Fuelled by an epic generational battle as the young tried to throw Edwardian values away for good, the decade stood as an incredible period of social change. For some it was one long party, for others it brought post-war suffering, and eventually The Wall Street Crash brought it all grinding to a halt. One thing we can be sure of, after the 20s, nothing was ever the same again.
