Celebrating International Women's Day

Many studies have established that human capital employed, particularly female leadership, has a significant positive impact on the financial performance of an organisation. However, the pace of change in gender diversity and balancing male/female leadership is still slow. To celebrate the International Women’s Day, this event, hosted by Dr Amelia Au-Yeung, Deputy Dean, Claude Littner Business School, University of West London, discusses what could be done to accelerate the progression of gender diversity and women leadership in businesses.
