Women on the Frontline of the Climate Crisis

With women bearing the brunt of the climate crisis globally - the need to step up action to save our planet and protect women could not be greater. Join us to learn more about the women on the frontline of the climate crisis and push for action. The evening starts with a screening of The Migration Blanket - Climate Solidarity - a short animated film by award-winning artist and women’s rights activist, Salma Zulfiqar, refugee and marginalised women around the world. This will be followed by a panel discussion with special guests on the female experience of the climate crisis, the role of women in the climate movement, and what more needs to be done by governments around the world.
