Free Easter Workshops at Lewisham Shopping Centre

Lewisham Shopping Centre is hosting free, interactive Easter-themed workshops this April for all the family to enjoy.

Guests are invited to take part in a variety of exciting craft activities, including Easter-themed crowns, masks, cards and decorations. The workshops will take place on Saturday 2nd, Sunday 3rd, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th April from 10:30am until 4:30pm. Hop along to Central Square to take part.

The Migration Museum is re-opening on Saturday 9th April with their new exhibition ‘Taking Care of Business: Migrant Entrepreneurs and the Making of Britain’. The exhibition will shine a light on the central role that migrant entrepreneurs have played in shaping our lives – and Britain – through personal stories, immersive art installations and a concept shop featuring migrant-led businesses and creators.

Lewisham has been chosen as the Mayor’s London Borough of Culture for 2022. From 7th April, We Are Lewisham is setting up shop in the centre, providing guests the chance to talk about the year-long programme of community events and how to take part.

Over Easter, Lewisham Shopping Centre is open during normal opening hours on Good Friday, on Easter Sunday many of their shops are closed and on Easter bank holiday Monday, visit between 11am-5pm. Please check with individual shops for their opening hours.
