Figures of Change

'Figures of Change' is a bold and colourful new art exhibition located in London's most exciting, up-and-coming area, Wembley Park. The cultural appeal of this area is increasing every year. Some of the amazing events held here in recent years include the incredible street performance-focused International Busking Day and the immersive light festival of Winterfest.

To further add to Wembley Park's effective efforts to become a major cultural hub in Northwest London, 'Figures of Change' is a free, all-women art trail, bursting with colour and beauty. The trail consists of eight major public realm artworks curated by Zoë Allen of Artistic Statements and assembled by a team of almost 20 women.

Wembley Park launched the outdoor public art trail in September 2020 - giving residents something to enjoy during the pandemic whilst also supporting artists - and 'Figures of Change' a staggeringly-impressive addition to the trail, using numerous unconventional canvasses in the outdoors to showcase the artworks.

The theme of International Women's Day 2022, #breakthebias', is the inspiration behind the featured artworks, calling to tackle discrimination all over the globe and finally forge an equal future.
