As part of Brockwell Bounce, a three day festival running from 30th May until 1st June, each consecutive suoper club will feature a uniquely designed menu and live music. Well-Seasoned lines up three amazing female chefs: Masterchef quarter-finalist Yui Miles, the incredible Dine with Dina (Dina Macki) and soul food sorceress Safiya Robinson - founder of Sisterwoman Vegan.

Well-Seasoned’s concept is about adding a little bit (or a lot) of spice to life and celebrating bold flavours and rich food heritages. On Monday 30th May, Yui Miles, a 2019 Masterchef quarter-finalist, will be cooking up a Thai and Chinese menu. This will be followed on Tuesday 31th May by Dina Macki, who will bring her Omani & Zanzibari heritage to the kitchen. Everything wraps up on Wednesday 1st June, as Safiya Robinson, founder of Sisterwoman Vegan, a plant based social enterprise, takes over with her own unique take on dinner.

All proceeds from Well-Seasoned will go towards funding Brixton People’s Kitchen. A social enterprise dedicated to providing as many people as possible with access to diverse, nutritious and affordable foods. The organization hopes that the supper club will help raise vital funds to support communities in crisis.

Each supper club is priced at £55 per person (+booking fee) which includes a two-course menu, glass of wine (non-alcoholic options available) and live music. Two menu options for each night will be available including vegetarian and vegan options.
