Beach Yoga at Neverland

Pop Up at the Beach is back for its fifth year at Fulham Beach Club, Neverland London, for another season of beach yoga.

From May 21st, start your weekend right by getting stretchy on a Saturday morning with a beach yoga flow class. Every weekend, 10.30am-11.40am you can experience a fun and energising class led by experienced Yogi, Cassie, founder of Pop Up Yoga Club - as well as guest teachers who will bring their unique styles to the sand. From Vinyasa to Yin, and Power to Acro, there’ll be something new to try each week.

Yogis can experience a little slice of paradise surrounded by palm trees and beach huts at the Thames side beach spot. Class tickets cost £20 and also include entry to Fulham Beach Club, and a vegan treat to enjoy and re-energise at the end of the class.

Cassie McClements, Founder of Pop Up Yoga Club said: “Pop Up Yoga Club is all about people experiencing yoga in a totally unique location, bringing it out of the studio, and in this case, onto the beach. There’s nothing more grounding than sand between your toes, and I can’t wait to get stretchy with everyone this summer!”

The class is suitable for all levels, from those who’ve never done a Downward Dog, to those who’ve nailed Pincha Mayurasana - Pop Up at the Beach can be adapted to suit all levels and style. The class will follow fluid sequencing with a spirit of playfulness, from breathwork and meditation, to the occasional dance party or a glass of bubbly – it is all about letting go and enjoying the flow!

If you can’t make it to Fulham Beach, then you can still get your yoga fix with Pop Up Yoga Club hosting a number of events this summer at unique locations around London. The team is also taking private hire bookings for bespoke hen parties, and birthday celebrations that are truly unique to you.
