World Yoga Day - sunset yoga session at The Montcalm Royal London House

Relax and enjoy a yoga session led by Maria Tsiarta, the Head of Wellbeing at the Inhabit Hotels, followed by a shamanic sound healing and blessing guided by Brazilian practitioner Andrea, also known as the Gaia Healer. Both will take place out on the Palm terrace, located on the 9th floor at The Montcalm Royal London House, offering a gorgeous, peaceful view of the city at sunset as you unwind and allow yourself to find inner peace and balance.
