F45 Out & Proud will be the fitness community’s most colourful and inclusive event yet, where you can expect to workout with Pride whilst hearing about opportunities for the LGBTQIA+ community within the F45 community. Through F45 Out & Proud, F45 aims to challenge homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in sport and fitness, and improve access to sport for the queer community.
With performances from drag artists, DJs, food and drink, all profits go towards Pride Sports charity, and participants will also receive a free F45 Out & Proud t-shirt.
