The 10th/11th September is going to be a weekend of running celebrations as we celebrate our 10th anniversary!
Richmond RUNFEST in south west London, consists of 6 different distanced events, 10,000 runners, a music stage and a fitness expo.
Richmond AIR 10K
10th September
AIR stands for AUDIO INSPIRED RUNNING and the event is encouraging runners to beat the headphone ban and enjoy our Richmond 10km inside Kew Gardens. The event is heavily linked with music and entertainment, and all runners will be provided with an audio guide which they can choose to download, giving them a guided tour of Kew Gardens as well as upbeat, performance enhancing music, all whilst running around the gardens. After you finish your run you will receive a fabulous technical t-shirt (male & female cut) and one of our famous triangular shaped medals (see last year's below) Your Richmond AIR 10K entry also includes two FREE adult and 2 children's tickets into Kew Gardens*.

Richmond 5K
10th September
Get ready for a night of Caribbean fun courtesy of the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, our title partner for this year’s Visit Cayman Islands Sundown 5k! Bringing you the Caribbean vibe direct from the Cayman Islands, expect live music, themed course entertainment, great food vendors and a bar!
Richmond Half Marathon
11th September
Welcome to London's most exclusive Half Marathon! The only time you can ever run in the World Heritage Site - Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew! Great medal, goody bag, tech tee (male & female cut), music festival finish and a beer! The race will take runners on a scenic tour of Richmond, one of London's most appealing areas. Starting in the Kew Botanical Gardens and finishing at our music festival in Old Deer Park, via a scenic tour of the Richmond Riverside and Ham House.
Richmond Marathon
11th September
Like the Richmond Half Marathon and Richmond AIR 10k, the RUNFEST Marathon starts inside Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. The Richmond Marathon will finish in an all day family fun music festival in Old Deer Park, South West London. This will be extra special this year as we will be celebrating our 10th birthday!
WWF Richmond Kids' Mile
10th September
To celebrate this partnership, WWF are encouraging all runners to ‘Wear it Wild’ on race day. Participants can embrace this theme simply by wearing an item of animal-related clothing, or heading to the start line in full fancy dress (face painting is optional!). All money raised through the WWF Kids’ Mile will be used to fund our conservation projects across the globe. Together we can save our one shared home.
