The capital’s biggest dog event, Discover Dogs, is returning to ExCeL, London, for prospective owners & dog lovers to meet, greet and discover more about hundreds of different breeds under one 'woof'! Organised by The Kennel Club, Discover Dogs, taking place on 15th and 16th October, features hundreds of different breeds so visitors can learn more about their favourite four-legged friends from dedicated experts, find out about how to buy a dog responsibly, and how to look after their new canine companion.
The two-day event provides those who are mad about dogs the opportunity to meet all types of breeds, of all shapes, sizes and personalities, from the popular favourites, to the lesser known ‘underdogs’. Visitors can also enjoy fast-paced agility displays and competitions, including Crufts 2023 qualifiers, the much-loved crossbreed competition, Scruffts, and impressive displays from clever Medical Detection and Metropolitan Police Dogs. For those who want to chill out on beanbags with their favourite breeds, the event is hosting a special 'Cuddle Corner' pop-up.
There are plenty of activities for the younger generation of dog lovers, with the Young Kennel Club area showcasing the range of canine activities teens and kids can get involved in with their dog and a Kids Zone for hands-on activities. Tickets are now on sale and cost £18 or £15 for concessions, with under 8s going free.
