BRITISH-ITALIAN ARTIST CHARLES PEDONE MAKES LONDON DEBUT WITH TIMELESS VISIONS AT ZARI GALLERY


Zari Gallery will present Timeless Visions – the debut Central London exhibition from British-Italian artist Charles Pedone.

The highly anticipated show will feature a range of captivating mixed media pieces when it opens on Thursday, September 1.

It will allow visitors the fantastic opportunity to enjoy Pedone’s signature style before it closes on Sunday, September 18.

The artist of dual nationality is lauded for expanding artistic boundaries through his inventive use of textured foundations, pastels, acrylics, opulent metallics and polished resin.

Timeless Visions promises to be the perfect showcase of his talent, which manifests via naturalistic inspirations reimagined through semi-abstract mediums.

The alluring pieces – which range in size from 30cm x 60cm to 92cm x 1.2m – are in essence contemporary but with long-lasting appeal.

Charles Pedone said: “Timeless Visions is my way of infusing the world with art that’s vibrant yet with a distinct calming quality – something that’s much-needed in these busy times.

“My abstract style features naturalistic and other-worldly influences to create the ultimate balance of opulent aesthetic and tranquil energy in any space it’s in.

Pedone’s timeless concept will see his work accompanied by the Timeless Visions Group Show.

This will feature three supporting emerging artists who share the same vision for creating timeless art through an array of visual mediums.

German-born Silvi Schaumloeffel’s art is multi-faceted and expressive, using oil paint on canvas to create pieces that are both bold and expressive to evoke feelings of joy and optimism.

Sophie Bridgland is well-versed in telling stories through her figurative art. It is distinct through its carnival colours, as well as its use of acrylic with mixed media such as texture pastes and gilding waxes.

Finally, Laurence Morrison brings striking detail to his traditional portraiture, which captures the legacy of icons and royalty through his use of graphite pencil on paper.

Charles Pedone is a British-Italian contemporary artist. He studied Graphic Design at Nottingham Trent University before accepting a role that allowed him to travel the world. In total, he has been to over 85 countries – in the process gaining a wealth of inspiration from the architecture, colours and culture of the many locations he visited.

Pedone works directly with clients and galleries and his work can be found in private collections. With an amazing eye for interiors and boasting varied commercial industry experience, Pedone has been commissioned to produce work for specific interior projects.

He currently resides in The Midlands, UK.
