This March, Angler will be hosting exciting dinner collaboration with Two Field Zakros, a pioneer in sustainable farming, gastronomy, and the very best in olive oil.
Held on Thursday 21st March at 7pm, diners can enjoy an exclusive communal dining experience at Angler’s Chef’s Table, hosted by Executive Chef Gary Foulkes, and Will Rolph, co-founder of Two Fields.
The event will feature a six-course dinner showcasing Two Field’s new season oil, harvested and produced in Zakros, Crete. Guests can look forward to an array of innovative dishes such as Red Mullet Ravioli with pickled vegetable, saffron, & olive oil and Fig Leaf, with preserved figs, fig leaf cream, fig leaf & olive oil ice cream, that highlight the flavours and textures of locally sourced ingredients, paired harmoniously with Angler’s signature seafood offerings. The menu with be accompanied by wine pairings carefully selected by our Head Sommelier.
