Female Professional Boxer and Time Out Magazine's London's Best Personal Trainer (Boxing & Circuits) Marianne ‘Golden Girl’ Marston has created an all new Boxing based fitness class for women at the Tokei Gym at London Bridge on Monday & Wednesday evenings.

The Boxing Fitness classes, Marianne created, are far removed from the aerobic 'Boxercise' classes offered by most fitness centres and personal trainers. These classes, even though created for beginners, are the real deal, and as such you will be undertaking some of the very same exercises and drills as used by professional boxers in their competition preparations.

Please note these classes are for total beginners and intermediate level. Marianne also offers advanced sessions (Boxing Skills, Sparring etc. on Friday evenings in Canning Town), and personal training, for the more experienced.

My stamina, strength and flexibility have come on in leaps and bounds.

My confidence has grown too. At first I had two left feet and couldn’t throw a punch to save my life. Now I feel in control of what I’m doing and I can see with each week that my technique has improved. Marianne’s classes have really inspired me and are great fun and for her, I might even lose the pink boxing gloves!
