From Handel’s Twinkle, Twinkle to Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Variations from Cats, composers have been writing music based on ‘theme and variations’ form for centuries. Today we’ll sing or play our way through a theme that has driven composers wild for hundreds of years and together we’ll create our own Sparks Variations.
