On the 8 August 2011, Freedom from Torture are celebrating John McCarthy's 20th anniversary of freedom since being released after 1,743 days of being held hostage in Lebanon.

This event is a unique opportunity to go up in the 22mph lift and be greeted by one of most spectacular views London has to offer from the world famous 34th Floor. We'll have a whole medley of refreshments and food and drinks waiting for you and we'll also have laptops set up so you can upload your photos online while you are there!

The whole £30 booking fee goes directly to Freedom from Torture to help our vital work supporting survivors of torture.
