Brought to you by Cherry Cola 'The best Rock & Roll club in town' London Paper, as also featured in Dazed & Confused . Disorder Mag . NME
Sexy pin-up, underground night of rock ‘n roll Cherry Cola, brings a new multi-venue festival to the streets of Shoreditch this September, drawing on the likes of Camden Crawl and Stag & Dagger but filling in the Autumn gap.
For those who think the festival season is over, Cherry Cola Festival comes along with a line up that, in the style of Cherry Cola club nights, fuses the best of the old with the new.
Cherry Cola festival is brought to you by Alan ‘Cherry Cola’, the man behind the famed night that has featured in Dazed & Confused, NME and more. Now safely settled at its current home The Macbeth, after outgrowing its homes in Soho and Camden, Alan thought it only right to expand the ever-popular club night into a local festival.
The festival’s line-up will reflect the nights’ love affair for the old and the new. Legendary Buzzcocks guitarist Steve Diggle will deliver a nostalgic set of punk-rock classics, while Steve Cradock from Ocean Colour Scene will fill in for the 90s. The festival even has the 60s covered with a special regroup of ‘House of The Rising Sun’ rockers, The Animals. Also on the line-up are Pop Levi, Noel Gallagher’s first signing Proud Mary, local loves Scanners, Brute Chorus, Babeshadow and The Good The Bad from as far afield as Denmark.
The festival will take place across 5 venues on Saturday 24th September at: The Macbeth, The Underbelly, Concrete and The Old Blue Last. 30 plus artists already confirmed.
