A darkly comic new play by Peter Briffa about blackmail, murder and potplants. After a successful run as part of this year's Camden Festival Fringe 'Country Life' transfers to the Old Red Lion.

Pensioners? Coffin dodgers?

Call them what you like - Kenneth, Jim and Barbara certainly do. But at their age, maybe they’re entitled.

At the funeral of an old friend in the serene calm of the Devon countryside a surprise visitor arrives and opens up a hornets’ nest of secrets that confronts them with memories everyone would rather forget. Some secrets never stay buried…

Cast: Chris Bearne, Marji Campi (Eastenders, Brookside and 1990s sitcom Surgical Spirit) and David Forest.

Box Office: 0844 412 4307
