On November 5 2011, a third of a mile of London’s Regent Street will close to traffic to make way for the annual Regent Street Motor Show, the world’s largest free to see motor show. This year the show will bigger and better than ever. 300 cars from three centuries will be in the line up, including:
50 Mini Coopers to celebrate the 50th anniversary of John Cooper's classic car - courtesy of the Mini Cooper Register
50 E-Type Jags to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the icon dubbed by Enzo Ferrari 'the most beautiful car in the world' - courtesy of the Jaguar Drivers' Club
More than 100 of the veteran cars taking part in the Royal Automobile Club's annual London to Brighton Veteran Car Run - the world's longest running and greatest motoring celebration
And all of the cars taking part in the Royal Automobile Club's RAC Future Car Challenge.
There will be a stage with live dancing and interviews with celebrities taking part in the Veteran Car Run, who include Nigel Mansell, Kevin McCloud and Scrapheap Challenge’s Robert Llewellyn. The show runs from 10.30am until 4pm and entry is completely free.
