Manchester's most debauched club for homos, heteros, lesbos and don't knows comes to East London for their first fully fledged club night. Head honcho Luke Unabomber plus residents Jamie Bull and Trash-O-Rama spin disco, house, punk and soul for a flamboyant crowd.

HomoElectric started as a reaction to an increasingly homogenous gay scene in Manchester. We rejected the concept of “I am gay/straight, therefore I only like X, Y and Z”. We didn't want to be pigeonholed. We wanted eclectic music, great fun, dirt and glamour, all combined in a big melting pot without any pomp or pretension. And so our gathering of misfits grew, irrespective of gender, age or sexual persuasion, united by a love of music and a need for proper party.

Over the last 18 months we’ve been guests at the deliciously debauched Dalston Superstore. As a result of the fun we had there, we thought we’d launch a London version of our mucky disco for more regular rioting. We stumbled upon The Shacklewell Arms, an East End dark den. Perfect for late night licentiousness.
