One Pig, Dead and Alive will be the official London launch of Herbert's acclaimed ONE PIG album, on which he documents the journey of a single anonymous farm animal from birth to plate. It has been hailed by reviewers since its release, with ClashMusic awarding the album a rare 10/10 and DrownedInSound calling ONE PIG "a fascinating journey from someone at the top of his craft".

The evening will begin with a short introduction and debate between Herbert and soon-to-be-announced special guests.

Then Herbert's band, recently returned from touring in Europe and Japan, will bring ONE PIG to life in a live performance centering on the StyHarp, a new instrument which plays and manipulates the samples used to make the album.

After listening to ONE PIG's life, guests will sit down to a three course pop-up restaurant meal in which, among other things, pork from the same family as ONE PIGwill be offered. The One Pig, Dead and Alive restaurant is presented by Rosie Sykes and Shacklewell Nights.

Herbert's band features Tom Skinner on pig drum and percussion, Yann Seznec on StyHarp, Sam Beste on keyboards and Hugh 'Crewdson' Jones on samples andeffects.
