Join us for a one-week bootcamp - it's for an hour every morning from Monday to Saturday and you can do all of the above.
We run a bootcamp every month, and also have regular weekly outdoor classes which you can join in for regular exercising. Exercising outside also offers lots more challenges than being inside so you will not only have physical benefits, but mental ones too!
We also offer Personal Training for those who require the most personal touch.
