The Vitality Show is a one-stop-shop for women who wanted tips to improve their health, enjoy luxurious pamper sessions, pick up invaluable beauty advice or take part in a free fitness class.


Last year, the show’s exclusive Pamper Experiences were a total sell-out, so this year for both shows, Vitality has increased the amount of experiences on offer with the addition of ‘Salon’ and ‘Style’ to ensure there is something for everyone:
• The VIP Pamper Experience will once again be hosted by experts in indulgence Return to Glory, who will provide a truly relaxing and luxurious massage or facial.
• The VIP Salon Experience will be hosted by KMS California; the Australian brand are true hair experts, so whether it’s a frizz fix or the perfect blow dry you will leave groomed to perfection.
• The VIP Style Experience offers luxury manicures or make-up consultations. Bare Minerals will be on-hand to get your skin glowing, help find your perfect match foundation and show you techniques for evening looks with their dazzling powders.

Visitors to the event are guaranteed to take away everything they might need to feel healthier, fitter and more gorgeous as over 300 unique products not found on the high street, as well as top brands including Activia, Bio-Oil, Lil-lets, Neals Yard Remedies, Sally Hansen, Vita Coco, Pai Skincare and Zest Magazine will be at the shows to share their secrets about looking and feeling great.

The show will also welcome the UK’s best personal trainers, dance teachers and yoga instructors to lead over 60 free fitness classes. Those hoping to catch some pearls of wisdom can attend one of the many free talks on the One Life Theatre, Health and Nutrition Stage or Beauty Expert Stage from a world renowned programme of industry experts, celebrities and motivational speakers.
