60 minute Pilates fitness class in a small and friendly class.
What to expect: The 1st 20mins of the classcomprises of demanding whole body exercises followed by 40mins Pilates mat exercises finishing with a relaxation session.
The series of core stability exercises strengthen the deep postural muscles that support your skeleton, especially around your spine, hips and shoulders leading to optimum posture. General exercises will also stretch and strengthen larger superficial muscles, so that as you grow in strength and the exercises intensify Pilates Method will resculpt your body.
All levels welcome especially beginners.
