Featuring a range of taster workshops and activites for all the family to kick start your New Year and get you on the right track for success in 2012. Get ready for some tough love, plus real inspiration and guidance. No excuses!
Adults: 10am-1pm - Eating on a Budget workshop, Employment or Welfare Benefit workshop, Army Bootcamp Fitness session. Free lunch. Free creche 0-5 years.
Children Aged 5+ : 10am-4pm- Kung Fu, Street Ball, Wii Sports, Army Bootcamp Fitness, Gymnastics, Smoothie Making, awards ceremony (parents invited). Bring packed lunch.
Bring comfortable footwear and clothing. Army Bootcamp Fitness sessions are facilitated by the British Army. Early booking in advance recommended as places are limited.
