The Works: Bach (Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment)

Unwind with a drink and let our presenter and soloist give you a guided tour of two of Bach’s masterpieces, complete with musical examples from the Orchestra.

After a chance for you to put your questions to the Orchestra, there’ll be a complete performance of it.

From 7pm there’ll be music in the Queen Elizabeth Hall bar and after the 8pm concert an opportunity to meet players from the Orchestra.

For this second The Works event we’ll be featuring Bach’s always popular Brandenburg Concerto No.5 plus Suite No.3, famous for including Air on a G String.
