360 Wisdom: Empowering Women Workshop

Here's an interesting invitation to participate in one of the forthcoming '360 WISDOM: Empowering Women' workshop series, led by Claire Chidley.

Claire is an inspiring leader and an excellent trainer, who brings women together from a variety of cultural backgrounds, organisations and sectors.

Each one day workshop provides an opportunity to focus on making a fresh start in 2012 by restoring balance and learning how to get the most out of life and work, by learning new things about ourselves, making new friends and connections and having lots of fun and laughter

Her workshop gives women of all ages the opportunity to take a bit of time out of their busy lives to re-connect with the things that matter to them. Through easy to do exercises, light-hearted games and teachings and interaction with other women, participants can shine a light on what they do best and to find new ways of incorporating these strengths into their lives.

Some women may want to focus on things they are confused about or stuck on e.g. leaving a career, wanting to try something new, coping with illness or a major responsibility or just finding a bit more time for leisure and recreation. Some may want to consider a better way of supporting a loved one or managing a challenging relationship.

Others might just want to meet new people, have a bit of fun and explore possibilities.

Using her 360 WISDOM technique, all of these issues and many more will be addressed. The environment will be loving, supportive, engaging and fun. workshop.
