Leave your desks and join us in the ultimate Spin challenge whilst raising money for JDRF. Teams consist of five riders, who each Spin for eight minutes in a relay to see which team can travel the furthest distance in 40 minutes. Teams taking on the challenge at The Royal Exchange will compete against teams at our other London Spin event at Canary Wharf.
