Level 1 Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Workshop

This is the course for people new to EFT or who have learned EFT through downloading a manual and watching any YouTube DVDs and now want to experience working with other people in a group and having the opportunity to practise live demonstrations and to have their questions answered.

This Level 1 Foundation course is for everyone who wants to learn EFT to use it for themselves, their family and friends.

No previous experience either of therapy or of EFT is required to attend this training.

Note: This is NOT a practitioner course to be a therapist.
