New Hoop Dance classes in Hampstead

Hoopdance is different to the hula hooping you remember from the playground. It can be expressive, empowering, meditative, fun, gentle and athletic. Courses will take you through on and off-body moves; it's toning, playful and energising exercise. Classes are open to men and women. Please book in advance.
