Orlando Chamber Choir, Richard Wilberforce (director) - Byrd in a strange land

Orlando Chamber Choir’s first concert with its new musical director Richard Wilberforce focuses on William Byrd's secret Catholic devotional music, written in Protestant times. The famous Mass for Four Voices is a centre-piece of the repertoire which also includes Philippe de Monte’s glorious eight-part Super flumina Babylonis and instrumental works for viol quartet and/or organ.
