Fancy learning how to mix, muddle and shake with the best of them? Well then head down to the fabulous new Flûte Bar & Lounge in the heart of London’s West End where Head Barman Rafal Szustorowski, who is recognised as a master bartender by the International Barman’s Association and a leading judge at the Cocktail World Cup, will be sharing the secrets behind three of their most popular signature cocktails.

The master class menu will show students how to prepare a Green Kimono, a delicate and refreshing combo of Ciroc vodka, cumber and melon, floated with sparkling sake. The Champagne Mojito meanwhile is a special Flûte take on the classic cocktail, here served on the rocks with Bacardi. Finally for those who like to live on the edge, the Grand Marquis is a bewitching blend of orange-scented red sangria topped with champagne.

This most tasty of tutorials will take place on Monday 19th March, from 7pm until 8pm. Tickets will cost just £35ph.

Following in the footsteps of its illustrious siblings in New York and Paris, the casual yet chic Flûte Bar & Lounge offers an unprecedented menu of 100+ vintage, non-vintage, prestige cuvée, rosé and boutique champagnes, many available by the glass and in tasting flights. Accompanying the drinks selection is an equally innovative menu of light bites, specially designed to be paired with champagne and cocktails.
