This 31st March sees a first for the city of London. ‘The Spring Ball’ launches at the HAC, to host an eccentric mix of fine dining, wine tasting, art, musicians and a spectacular auction, in aid of Help for Heroes.

Celebrity attendance is due to be confirmed, in what will be a highly entertaining evening ‘with a hint of Downton Abbey.’

Help for Heroes was set up in 2006, and strives for 100% effectiveness, so that for every £1 donated, £1 will go to helping wounded Servicemen and women. The Spring Ball is hoping to raise a large amount through ticket and sponsorship sales, donations and through an art auction on the evening.

The evening will kick off with a bagpipe and champagne reception whilst ball goers can admire the art and photography exhibition, this will then be followed by a three course dinner. The evening will continue with a guest speaker from Help for Heroes, as well as a highly anticipated auction. There will be a host of entertainment to include Canadian Idol finalists ‘The Piggott Brothers’, tenor and classical Brit award nominee Geoff Sewell, classical soloist Amy Coulshaw as well as a top London DJ, playing until 2am.

The event is the first of its kind in the UK to offer such a diverse and eclectic mix of art and entertainment. The night is looking to raise money for Help for Heroes as well as expose some of the UK’s greatest acts.
