On Thursday 22nd The Underground Rebel Bingo Club returns to London for a night of intense emotion before they disappear into the darkness again.

A couple of years ago, in the basement of a church hall somewhere in London, a group of friends got drunk and accidentally invented a new mutant form of bingo. It was hardcore.

They called it The Underground Rebel Bingo Club.

Things got a bit out of control and in three short years their Rebel Bingo revolution has spread to twenty five cities across the globe. They’ve been to New York, Los Angeles, Montreal, Madrid and Lisbon - but now, they’re coming back home to where it all started. It’s hard to explain what happens – it’s bingo – sort of – but this is Rebel Bingo. It’s loud, there’s DJs, dancing, drinking, and a stage show.

The club rules are simple - no old people, no boring people. It’s as much a party as it is a show – expect DJs playing anything from rock, indie, pop, 90s hip hop, old school garage, 80s classics, dancehall, party tunes – anything but house music basically.

The old school bingo community heard depraved tales of The Underground Rebel Bingo Club – about the screams, the emotion – and they are not happy. They think it’s desecrating their boring old game. They are angry and powerful, like an OAP mafia, so the rebels have to keep their operations on the down low and give all their meetings clever disguises. The location and cover story are sent to ticket holders the week of the event.

Just don't tell anyone! Shhhh! Yeah?
