Chamber Choir of the Kopernikus-Gymnasium Wasseralfingen, Germany

Sacred a cappella music through the ages Music of Mozart, Mendelssohn, Bruckner, Schubert, Whitacre, Miskinis and others

This year the choir was chosen to be the first partner choir of SWR Vokalensemble (Radio Choir Stuttgart, Southern Germany), and it has won the Chorpreis Deutscher Sprache three times in a row. It has performed in Dresdener Frauenkirche, Ulmer Münster and travelled to France, Hungary and the Czech Republik. In July the ensemble is going to perform the world premiere of a piece from Martin Smolka, written for the choir and the SWR Vokalensemble, which will be recorded for radio broadcast.
