Preston-Glasgow-Lowe
...a new dynamic group consisting of 3 of London's most creative young instrumentalists.
Sharing on-stage credentials with esteemed musicians such as John Scofield, the Foreign Exchange, Melody Gardot, Robert Mitchell, Shlomo, and Tommy Smith, they bring a unique and seasoned sound derived from their work as side-men combined with their shared love of improvisation, intricate composition, intense rhythms, and accessible melodies. Performing a weekly residency at the Cornershop they will showcase their original material alongside classic and underground jazz, fusion & contemporary repertoire ranging from Holdsworth, Messiaen, Shorter, and many more.

TimeOut says: Superb yet underrated young modern jazz guitarist Preston has been doing sterling work as singer Ian Shaw's MD and co-writer, while he's an assured Metheny-esque soloist in his own right as well. Here he's joined by uber-skilled six-string bass guitarist Glasgow (Tommy Smith band/Peter Erskine) and powerhouse drummer Laurie Lowe.
