Island Chef Shaun Rankin starts his first London pop-up restaurant at The Grill at The Dorchester 14 to 19 May bringing Jersey to London with the freshest produce from the soil, the sea and the land. Expect the best Jersey asparagus, Jersey scallops and of course Jersey Pearls – (baby Jersey Royals) – among the signature dishes are New Season Jersey Asparagus, three hour cooked duck egg with more mushrooms and herb sabayon, as well as the now famous Treacle Tart with Jersey clotted cream ice cream – the dish which wowed the judges in BBC Two’s Great British Menu.
