Kayaking London are offering an active and attractive way to see the city for the Olympic year. There is no need to don any lycra to take part in one of their Kayak-based tours on the Thames and no experience is necessary. This trip works well for couples, or groups of friends and even longstanding Londoners will be blown away by the unique perspective on the city you get from a kayak.

After paddling through central London from Chelsea to Tower Bridge, you will be rewarded for your achievements, not with medals, but a freshly prepared meal before the tide turns to take you home.

This trip takes in many of London’s Historical and Iconic Riverside landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Battersea Power Station, and the Tower of London. You will be accompanied by their knowledgeable, highly qualified and experienced guides, who will keep you safe and help you get to grips with the basics of boat control along the way.

The double cockpit boats used are extremely stable (a capsize is very unlikely!) so other than splashing from the paddles, most guests stay dry. You’ll see the river in a different light after this adventure!
